Assistant Shop Manager

Job Brief

Royal Flush Vape is growing and is now looking for looking for an exceptional Assistant Shop Manager to join our team on a part time basis with a potential of full-time hours in the future.

The candidate must help customers identify and purchase products they desire and meet their needs. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high level of customer service and to continue to increase company’s growth.

Requirements

  • interested in vaping and have excellent knowledge of vaping products
  • Proven working experience in retail sales
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • honest, trustworthy, dedicated, hardworking and confident to work alone
  • Willing to travel to another store if required to cover
  • Competent administration skill

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Maintain a fully stocked store
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs
  • Welcome and greet customers
  • Manage point-of-sale processes
  • Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Follow all companies’ policies and procedures
