Royal Flush vape are a market leader UK based specialist vape and e-cigarette retailer. Having won the "Best Online Retailer of The Year Award two years in a row and successfully trading for over 8 years from physical stores. We currently have over 3 stores across Preston and surrounding areas with more store openings on the way. We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to help with our growth plan and manager the bunch of superstars we currently have and also grow the team further as we open more stores.

Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the stores within their, delivering service and service/sales training to ensure our staff provide best in class customer service to the benefit of our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage multiple retail locations within a designated area

-Managing 5 to 10 employees across currently the 3 stores.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets

- Managing store rota’s and staffing, including recruitment

- Train, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service

- Working alongside your staff trading on the shop floor

- Ensuring that there are no obstacles to the trading of the stores under your care

- Oversee general performance standards and time management on a regular basis

- Monitor and analyse sales data, inventory levels, and financial performance to identify areas for improvement

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards

- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and promotions - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Skills:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in retail math and financial analysis

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrate high levels of operational, leadership, planning, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
