You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept any e-liquid for return that has been opened and the tamper seal has been broken.
Your item must be in the original packaging. We advise you to send any returns via recorded delivery with suitable packaging as Royal Flush Vape will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods via transit.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase which includes the original order number.

Faulty Products

If your product develops a fault, we will try to make our returns or repair service as stress free as possible.

If the fault occurs within 28 days of purchase (or Delivery) we will always offer you either a repair, exchange or refund. In all cases we reserve the right to open and inspect the product to verify the fault.

Please note: We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received you’re returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Failed Deliveries
All of our orders are sent out via recorded and signed deliveries. If you are not available to receive your items, we will not accept any liabiliby. If they are returned to us, we will charge standard rate for a re-delivery
