Following government guidance, we will be fully opening all our stores to the public on Monday 15th June. We understand that some of you may wish to continue to shop from home so you will be pleased to know that we are continuing to take telephone and web orders for delivery by Royal Mail, DPD, Click & Collect and Same Day Local Delivery to PR1, PR2, PR5, PR7, PR25 & PR26 postcodes.
We are still taking the safety of our customers and colleagues very seriously and will be implementing the covid 19 rules to open.
Whilst shopping with Royal Flush Vape please feel safe and confident that we are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe.
Our stores will maintain a two customer at a time policy, which may require customers to wait in certain locations.
We will try to serve customers as quickly as we can, without spoiling your shopping experience with us. This may require patience at busy times.
Screens
We ask all our customers to please observe the service areas, which will be marked up. This is to allow product demonstration to be carried out, you will only be served from behind the screen. We hope this gives you further reassurance that safety is our priority.Facility cleanliness
To ensure our facilities remain as clean as possible, we've added additional cleaning procedures to our existing routines. This includes disinfecting all common touch points in our stores.Personal hygiene
Alongside providing disinfectant gel and our no handshake rule, our stricter policies require all team members to regularly wash their hands.
