How can I earn more points?

Extra Loyalty Points
You can earn points by many different means, not just transactions.

You gain 100 points for completing your account profile,

For every product review left, you will receive 20 points. If you leave a photo, you can get an extra 20 points! This can be done up to 5 times a week.

You can refer a friend you can get a free 500 points and your friend will receive 10% off their first order.

You can also get 500 points on your birthday once you've filled in your profile.

How do I change my details?

Once you've logged into your account, you can access all your details and change them accordingly.

How do I redeem my points?

To redeem your hard-earned Loyalty Points, you need to log into your account and select "Check Rewards".

From here, you can see your points total and your Reward Options. Select the Reward you'd like and select "Redeem". This will automatically add the discount code to your basket.

How do I charge my batteries?

Charging your device (External batteries)
When you've splashed out for an external battery device, you'd like to think it charges the same as the in-built battery devices. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

Charging 18650/21700 batteries requires a bit more work than you'd like. You can plug them in at the wall however, this can cause the batteries to overheat, drain faster and not charge correctly.

The best way to charge these types of batteries is by getting yourself a Battery Dock. These devices are specially made to preserve the life/charge of a battery and, the added bonus? You can charge them overnight!

How do I charge my device?

Charging your device (Internal batteries)
Charging your vape seems as simple as plugging it in and leaving it for a few hours but sadly, it's not that simple.

E-cigarette batteries are a lot more sensitive than your standard phone or tablet. Using a USB Plug, you need to make sure the power output is around 5 volts/1 amp in order to make sure you don't damage, drain or reduce the battery capacity. The same goes for using chargers designed for other products.

In an ideal situation, we would recommend plugging the USB into a port on a Laptop, Console or TV to ensure that it is getting the correct amount of power.

For the length of charge time, until it reaches 100% is perfect. Do not charge the devices overnight! This can be detrimental to the battery and can cause the device irreparable damage that is not covered by the warranty.

There are devices available that are compatible with Fast Chargers but please always check your device before you charge them.

How do I know which battery to get?

External Batteries
Certain devices require an external battery to be able to run. These will need to be bought separately from the device however, this does mean that you can swap the battery should they start depleting.

If you ever don't know which batteries to buy with your device, check the product description. There you'll have all the information for your device as well as which batteries are required for it.

Is my battery safe to use?

Battery Safety
Checking your batteries for wear and tear is one of the easiest ways to notice that something is wrong. If you see any slight ‘nicks’ or scrapes on your battery wrap, then it’s strongly advised to re-wrap or replace them (or the damaged one at least). If your battery has bulges, warm spots, or any holes, please take the necessary precautions before using it again.

If you ever think a battery is not safe for use, we recommend that you don't take the risk and do not use it.

What is the difference between External and Internal Batteries?

Internal battery:
An internal battery means the battery is built into the device and cannot be removed. Normally, you'd charge these by plugging the device and charging it this way.

External battery:
An external battery means the battery can be removed, replaced, and charged through a battery charging dock. External batteries come in many different formats but the most popular ones for devices are 18650's, 20700's and 21700's.

Always check which battery your device can use.

How do I make my coils last longer?

Coils Lifespan
When it comes to making your coil last longer, there are many different ways to keep your coils lasting longer. While we have a deep dive into this on our Blog, here are a few major ones to keep you going for now.

E-liquid Choice
Choosing a sweet, sugary flavour will cause your coil to burn out a bit faster than usual. If that's your preferred flavour, maybe try an Ice-y one. The menthol will help reduce the impact the sweeteners are having on your coil.

Priming the coils
Try and avoid any fancy techniques to prime your coil. We have more help available with priming coils on our FAQ and Blog but for a quick summary, fill up the device with e-liquid and leave it to sit for a minimum of 5 minutes.

Following the recommendations
When using the coils, check the recommended power settings for the coils. You can normally find these on the packaging or on the coils directly. If you'd like to know more about Variable Wattage or Coil resistance, we have that all available on our Coils and Tanks FAQ.

Keep your tank filled
Letting the E-liquid drop below the cotton will cause the coil to burn out much faster. Avoiding these dry hits will help your coil lifespan massively!

Avoid Chain-Vaping
Chain vaping (taking multiple vapes in quick succession) can create additional strain on your coils. The main reason behind this is the fact that the wick cannot keep up with the volume, which in turn will cause you to vape on an under-saturated coil which can cause a burnt taste and dramatically decrease the lifespan of your coil.

How do I prime a coil?

Priming a Coil
Priming a coil is the action of letting the liquid soak into the cotton prior to use, to make sure that when you use it, you’re getting the full flavour of your liquid. This also helps to avoid prematurely burning your coil.

The most effective way is to fit your coil, fill your tank/pod and leave the device to sit and soak for 5 minutes.

There are other ways to prime a coil, but all pose a risk of dry spots, flooding or not soaking correctly. All of which, are one-way tickets to a dead coil.

How often should I change my coil?

Changing your Coil
On average, a coil will last for anywhere between 5-14 days, this can depend on the wattage you are using with your device and the kind of e-liquid that you have in your tank or pod.

Changing your coil will not only improve your quality of vapour but also help keep your device functioning correctly.

The first tell that your coil is going will be the flavour disappearing and being replaced with a cotton-y taste. Then you’ll start tasting burnt metal and it’ll be harsh on your throat. This is when you’ll need to change the coil, Always allow a new coil at least five minutes to prime before using it.

My Coil is Spitting at me, What do I do?

Spitting/Flooded Coil
This is a case of a flooded coil. This means e-liquid has gotten onto the internal metal piece of the coil. To remove this, place a piece of tissue over your mouthpiece and shake the device. You’re going to want to shake the device relatively hard to make sure you remove all the liquid.

If you’re still getting liquid coming through, it may be an issue with the coil. Try changing the coil, filling your device, and leaving it to sit. If you’re still struggling, check the wattage on your coil & see if it’s running correctly.

What do the different resistances mean on the coils?

Coil Resistances
Coils are available in many different resistances. The resistance you choose to use will impact which power setting or wattage you’ll need to set your device to. If you prefer a lower wattage, you’ll need a higher resistance coil. If you’d rather have a higher wattage, you’ll need a lower resistance coil.

Your resistance choice will also affect which liquid type you can use.

If you want to use a lower power/higher resistance coil, you’ll be restricted to using thinner (50VG/50PG) liquids.

While using a higher power/lower resistance coil will mean you can use thicker (70VG/30PG) liquid.

A rule of thumb to use is “The lower the resistance, the higher the power. The higher the power, the thicker the liquid”.

What is Variable Wattage?

Variable Wattage
Variable wattage is a feature found on most devices. This is how you can change the power setting on your device (watts). With more power, comes a faster burn rate, more vapour and a higher temperature. But you will always need to set your wattage to be within the settings of the coil you’re using.

If you don’t know what wattage you need to be running at, have a look at the coil itself. Written on the side will be the resistance of the coil and its best wattage range. For example, a 0.3ohm PNP coil will run between 30w – 40w.

Another way to find the correct wattage is to check the box for the coils. It’ll be written on there too.

For newer devices, the device has a "Smart Mode" which will automatically set the wattage to be inline with the coil you're using.

What kind of Tank do I need?

Different Types of Tanks
There are a lot of different tanks out on the market and sometimes, it can be quite daunting. With that, we've tried to simplify your choices into two different types - Mouth To Lung (MTL) and Direct To Lung (DTL/DL)

If you prefer a Mouth-to-Lung draw, want to use 50VG/50PG e-liquids, or would prefer less vapour & a tighter draw, you’ll need to use a lower-powered tank.

Which coils do I need?

How to find your coils
If you ever have any doubt about what coils you need for your device, there are a few tricks you can use to figure out which one you will need.

  • You can use the name of your device or tank with “coils” placed after in our search bar and your coils will come up

For Example: If you search Zeus Coils (The Geekvape Zeus Tank), the Z Coils will come up.

  • If you remove your current coil, you can see the name of it on the side, as well as the resistance you’ll need.

For Example: If you remove any SMOK Coil, the name of the coil and its resistance can be seen on the side.

  • If you can find your device on our website, you will see the coils that fit the device listed below.

All our device descriptions will contain the coils that are required for the device, normally with a link to them available on our website.

We are an EU IOSS Member, we ship directly to your door and take care of the VAT for orders under €150, which means no customs delays or VAT to pay on delivery.

Argus XT Locking Feature

Unlocking your Argus XT
If your Voopoo Argus XT Device has decided it does not want to unlock anymore, this is due to a short circuit in its motherboard.

To repair this issue, you need to make sure the slider is in the central position. From this, remove the battery from the device and leave the device for at least 15 minutes.

After this, reinsert the battery and power on your device. This should repair the issue.

"Atomiser Short" Message

We understand how frustrating it can be when your device starts showing errors. In this article, we will discuss some common issues that vapers encounter and provide you with troubleshooting tips to help you fix them.

Coil Issues
One possible reason for your device malfunctioning could be a problem with the coil. A bad factory coil, loose connection, or residue between the coil and the connections can cause issues. To resolve this, we recommend following these steps:

Clean the connection between the coil and the device.
Try using a new coil.
Ensure that everything is tightly screwed in place.
510 Connection Issues
The 510 connection is an essential part of your vaping device that connects the tank to the mod. If you are facing issues with this connection, try the following:

Clean the 510 connection on both the mod and the tank.
If the problem persists, try using a different tank or mod to identify where the issue lies.
Low Resistance Coils
Certain devices, such as the Aspire K3, have specific wattage requirements for the coils they can power. If you are using coils that are outside of the device's wattage range, it may lead to errors. To avoid this, ensure that the coils you use are within the recommended wattage range of your device.

Device Damage
Sometimes, error messages can be a result of a damaged mod. Here are a few reasons why your device might be damaged:

Juice in the mod: If you have leaky atomizers, juice can seep into the mod through the 510 pins or vent holes, potentially damaging the circuitry. It is crucial to prevent e-liquid from leaking onto your mod.
Overtightening atomizers: Over-tightening atomizers can break the 510 pins or snap the ground wire internally. Avoid over-tightening your atomizer, especially when trying to fix "no atomizer" errors, as it is often caused by other factors.
Drops: Accidental drops can cause internal damage to your mod, even if there is no visible external damage. A drop may lead to a broken connection within the device. Handle your vaping device with care to prevent such incidents.
If you suspect that your device is damaged due to any of these reasons, it may be necessary to seek professional assistance or consider replacing the device.

Remember, troubleshooting your vaping device requires patience and careful attention to detail. By following these tips, you can potentially resolve common issues and enjoy a seamless vaping experience.

The Drag 3-TPP-X offered different vaping modes. To cycle through these, quickly press the fire button three times.

Smart Mode: This mode can identify the best power and prevent the coil from burning due to high power.
RBA Mode: Access to full wattage range 5W-177W.
SUPER Mode: When the resistance is between 0.1Ω and 0.3Ω and when the wattage of the box mod is equal to or over 80W, the SUPER Mode will open automatically and bring super fast firing speed and to the vapers who like huge vapour
Data clear: Press the fire button and "-" button at the same time.
Lock/unlock: Press the fire button and "+" button at the same time.

SMOK Acro Device Issues

Auto Fire Not Working?
The SMOK Acro comes with two fire settings, Duel Fire and Button Fire Only. You can cycle through these modes by pressing the fire button 3 times. The screen will flash with a message telling you which mode you are currently in. Should your Auto Fire still not work, please try replacing the pod and see if this issue resolved itself.

Leaking Pods
If your pod is leaking and there doesn't seem to be a cause, please try changing the pod and checking that the pod is being filled correctly. Use alcohol-based hand sanitiser and a cotton bud to remove any excess e-liquid and debris from the pins and pod connections. If the issue persists, please contact our Support team for more help

How do I know which coils to use?
If you look at the red filler cap of your pod (where you fill up with e-liquid), there will be a word written there. Either RPM or RPM2. This will tell you which coils to get.

How do I change the coil?
From the bottom of the pod, pull the coil out of the pod and push a new coil in. After filling the tank, don’t start vaping right away. The coil’s cotton wick needs to be completely saturated with e-liquid before you press the fire button.

Some SMOK Nord 4 pods have a child-resistant mechanism that prevents easy removal of the coil. If your pod has that mechanism, you’ll need to move a small plastic tab on the bottom of the pod to release the coil. After installing a new coil, move the tab to its original position to lock the coil in place.

Warning/Error Messages
Battery Low: The device’s battery is running low.
Goodbye: The device has shut itself down because the battery is dead.
Ohms too low/Ohms too high: The coil’s resistance isn’t within the device’s range. Make sure your coils are genuine and try replacing them.
No Atomiser: The device cannot detect a coil. Try cleaning the connector pins or replacing the coil
Atomiser Short: The connected atomizer coil has a short. Try replacing the coil
Time Over: The device has been firing for too long. Draws cannot be longer than 8 seconds.
PCBA Too Hot: The device has overheated. Move the device to a cool place and wait a while before vaping again.
Power Lock: The device’s locking function is enabled. Press the fire button three times quickly to unlock the device. The screen should then display the message Power Unlock.

Vinci Q/Royal not working?

Warning Lights
When the Vinci Q cannot work, it will offer a warning light on the button. We’ve compiled all the warning lights here to help you understand them better.

Cannot Detect Pod – Flashes twice in RED – Try cleaning the pins or a new pod
Low Power – Flashes 10 times in RED
Overtime Vaping – Flash 8 times in RED – the device was fired for too long and it’s cut out to prevent this from happening.
Short Circuit – Light on for 2 seconds in RED – Try cleaning the pins or a new pod. This issue is normally due to a fault in the pod.
Over Heat Protection – Light on for 5 seconds in RED – The device is too warm and you’ll need to leave it to cool for some time before using it again.

Not Firing?
When you go to fire the device, check if the light is flashing. If it’s flashing red twice, this means it cannot read the pod. Try cleaning the pins and replacing the pod. If the issue carries on (and I know this sounds weird) push the pod slightly forward and try firing. If the device has been dropped at all, this can cause the plastic to dent and not line the pod up correctly with the pins.

Not Charging?
First of all, is there any life in the device? This means, any lights or ability to fire. If you’ve got some response from the device, try a different charging combination. For example, change your cable or plug, change the outlet or try plugging it into a laptop or console.

Not turning on?
Make sure you’re pressing the button 5 times in RAPID succession. The manual states in the span of 2 seconds.
