The Argus P1 Kit by Voopoo is a fast charging pod device, with streamlined, curved and half metal, half transparent futuristic/mechanical design. Sleek, stylish and comfortable in the hand, this is an attractive looking piece of kit.
The GENE AI 1.2 chip is visible through the transparent side window, as well as four LED indicators which will display the remaining battery capacity and safety protection warnings.
The built in 800mAh battery should last most vapers a whole day, and thanks to the 15W PD charging, can be charged from 0-100% in 18 minutes whilst charging from 0-80W can be achieved in just 12 minutes.
Voopoo claim that the device can be vaped non-stop for 2 hours after charging the device for only 5 minutes, which is a strange assertion but make of this what you will.
The GENE.AI 1.2 chip automatically adjusts the output wattage to the correct level on each and every puff, increasing and decreasing the power depending on the strength of inhale, thus saving energy and increasing battery life.
The chip also features six safety protection measures; overtime, short-circuit, overcharge, output over-current, low battery and chip over-temperature protection.
On the side of the device you will find a sturdy airflow adjustment slider, the Argus P1 is the ideal vape kit for beginners and will provide a mouth-to-lung or restricted direct-to-lung draw to suit most vapers.
The Argus P1 pods come in two types, one which is disposable with a pre-installed coil and another which will accept ITO Coils and can be re-used many times over.
The pods have a 4-hole air inlet for a smooth draw and feature a patented multi-layer, leak-proof design, which is nice to see.
How do I fill the pod?
Filling the pod is easy;
- Remove the pod from the device.
- Turn upside down and open the silicone fill port.
- Fill, close the fill port and return to the device.
- Leave to saturate for several minutes before use.

When it arrived I didn't think it was better than my caliburn vape kit - but it is. Smother and the battery lasts longer and charging is a lot quicker.
