We can no longer ship batteries or devices containing batteries outside of the UK via Royal Mail. We can only ship these products via our Courier options available at checkout. These shipments are limited to 2 batteries per order

We refuse any liability for seized goods or additional custom fees. You are responsible for any items once they have left the UK postal system

Understanding Battery Power and Charging

Every vape battery has two key ratings:

• Capacity (mAh) – measures how much energy it can store. A higher mAh means longer battery life.
• Continuous Discharge Rating (CDR or amps) – shows how much power the battery can safely deliver.
• Sub-ohm or cloud-chasing vaping requires a high amp rating (20A or more).
• MTL or nicotine salt devices work safely with moderate amp ratings.

To find your safe charging current, move the decimal point three places to the left in your battery’s mAh rating.
Example: 3500mAh = 3.5A maximum charging current.
Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and never exceed the recommended charge or discharge rate.

When charging:

• Use official or high-quality chargers — avoid cheap or unbranded ones.
• Don’t leave batteries charging unattended or overnight.
• Charge on a non-flammable surface and disconnect when fully charged.

If a Battery Is Damaged or Leaking

Stop using any battery that appears swollen, leaking, or damaged.

• Don’t touch leaking fluid.
• If it contacts skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
• Dispose of damaged or old batteries safely at a proper recycling facility.

Remember, battery acid is toxic — handle all batteries with care and never try to open or repair one yourself.

You consent to allow 1account to retain relevant data for the purpose of future verification. All data processed by 1account is subject to appropriate security measures. Data retained by 1account is subject to periodic review to ensure it is not held for longer than necessary.
